Depends on the product and where you are located. We ship all our products from Bangalore. People from Bangalore can opt for same day delivery via pickup and delivery services such as rapido, dunzo etc For deliveries outside bangalore we use dtdc as our preferred option, the speed of which depends on distance

We use third party logistic services for our product delivery and hence the price varies on the distance and product size If you are within bangalore you can either opt for on demand pickup and drop service such as dunzo or rapido, price for which is dependent on the distance and time of booking If you wish to use courier for deliver the price depends on the distance and product weight. Shipping price will be communicated with you before the order confirmation by our customer support

Yes, we do have a pickup option. We will provide the pickup point once the order is confirmed

We accept almost all digital payments Google pay , phonepe, paytm, bank transfer A payment link will be generated and sent to you once the order is placed. Our customer support team will co-ordinate with you in this regards

Returns are accepted only for damaged items. And the products needs to be returned in the same condition without unpacking..

Refunds will be applicable if we are not able to replace the damaged item with a suitable one. Refund is done via google pay. And takes anywhere between 3 to 5 business days
