1. Shipping of products will be done via standard logistic options 

 

• Within Bangalore -  Same day - Rapido, Dunzo (pick and drop options) - Pricing depends on the distance

• Within Bangalore-  Standard - Courier (DTDC/Professional Courier) - Pricing depends on the distance 

• Outside Bangalore - Standard - Courier (DTDC/Professional Courier) - Pricing depends on the distance

1. Shipping prices are third party service dependent

2. Shipping charges are communicated to the customer by the customer support team once the order is placed ( within 2 hours )

3. Customers can choose the desired payment method during the order confirmation call.

4. Shipping charges need to be paid before the product is shipped

5. The order invoice will not have the shipping charge or shown as zero, due to the dependency on the external logistic service. 

6. Shipping invoice/charge will be shared once the product is ready to be dispatched and will be dispatched only after receiving the shipping amount 

7. Accepted payment methods - Google pay, Netbanking 

8. Cash on delivery is not accepted 

9. Full payment is necessary for order processing and needs to be done within 24 hours of order placement ( for standard delivery method) and within 1 hour ( for same-day delivery ) of order placement
